Why won't my Healthy Benefits card work at Walmart?
It has to do with the way its coded in the grocery department. Maybe it was previously approved and a person in charge of EBT transactions found it didn't match rules or it is incorrectly coded. If it says supplemental information instead of nutritional information it wouldn't be covered.
